What you need:
1 Tbsp barbecue sauce
1/2 cup chopped precooked chicken
1 Whole Wheat Pita
1 cup chopped lettuce
2 Tbsp diced cucumber
1 Tbsp fat-free ranch dressing
10 baby carrots

What to Do?

Mix the Barbecue sauce with the chicken and microwave for 30 seconds. Cut the Pita in half and stuff both sides with the chicken. Put remaining toppings on the top. Put the baby carrots on the side.
