The combination of sweet pomegranates and strawberries mixed with fresh water is incredible! When you are finished, use the left over fruit in a smoothie or homemade ice blocks.

Serves 4 x 250ml glasses

250g of strawberries- halved
¼ pomegranate arils
1 cup ice
750ml of water

Halve strawberries and place aside.
Pomegranate, Halve the fruit then scrape half at a time,pushing the seeds in a downward action in your kitchen sink with a bowl underneath. Please be aware the fruit may spray a little, so wear an apron or old clothing to clothing stains. Place strawberries, pomegranate arils and ice in a large jar or carafe. Pour water over the top and enjoy! (For more flavor, allow the mixture to infuse in the fridge overnight for a full burst of flavor).
