The Fitness Assessment is a great place to start any new fitness routine because it provides a comprehensive baseline to measure your progress against. This session includes working with a certified Personal Trainer to set realistic fitness goals, receiving input on how best to achieve them and going thru a series of basic fitness tests. We encourage all of our clients serious about getting results to check in with a Fitness Assessment every 90-120 days. Get your baseline to measure your results!
