This class is a 27 minute intensive workout that is designed to condition your core and help you develop the sculpted upper body. Helping to develop rock-hard, washboard abs as well as sexy, sculpted shoulders and arms.
This class uses the basic and advanced exercises in progressively challenging sequences that include intense abdominal work and a unique mixture of pushups.
One of the most time-efficient ways to burn more calories is actually to gain more muscle! This class builds that muscle right in your core. For every pound of additional muscle you gain, your body will burn an additional 50-70 calories per day. So, if you gain 10 pounds of muscle, you will automatically burn 500-700 more calories per day than you did before.
