In our busy day to day lives it is often hard to find a moment for ourselves. Whether we use that moment to kick back and relax, take a nap, or even to keep our bodies more healthy, it can be difficult to do. Here are some quick tips to help with finding time to make it to the gym:

Wake up a little earlier- going to the gym in the morning is a great way to get your adrenaline going and boost your energy for the day! Start small by planning a 10 min workout every morning. Although your body might not want to wake up several minutes earlier then usual, it will thank you later!
Family time- while you are setting some time aside throughout the week to go to the gym, you can also gain some family time as well. Make going to the gym a family trip or time to catch up with a friend.
Write out a daily routine- find what time works best for you everyday (before work, after work, before school, etc..) or test some ideas out. Try writing out your daily routine and sticking to it for a couple weeks and see how you feel.
Sacrifice– cutting a half hour television show from your day gives you plenty of time to get some exercise. You could also sacrifice some time spent on the computer to take a few minutes at the gym. Spend some time after the gym and relax.

It can be frustrating trying to find something that you might start to believe isn’t even there.
